How we convince our customers
IT consulting for CRM consolidation
We supported E.ON AG in consolidating various CRM systems and thus helped to improve the mutual exchange of information about customers between the companies.
Social intranet roll-out
We were able to support DB Systel GmbH with their project to introduce and roll out a social intranet "DB Planet" for Deutsche Bahn, thereby promoting internal and mobile collaboration between the employees of all DB Group companies.
IT consulting for digital services
In the digital team of our customer Uniper, we have provided long-term support in the further development of a SaaS platform that provides services to major customers in the energy sector. We supported here with IT architecture, conception of new features as well as with the agile coordination of the SCRUM team.
Digitization of the goods ordering processes
For our customer Vinzenzmurr, we took on a major project to digitize internal inventory and goods ordering processes between the 250 branches and the headquarters in Munich using a tablet app. We supported with our team in UI/UX design, technical conception, realization and introduction.
Photo app product development
We support the celebrate.company team with our React Native experts in the further development of the Celebrate Photo App and ensure satisfied customers so that they can share the most beautiful moments with friends and family via the app.
University processes & IT administration
We support the IT department of the universities of IUNWorld GmbH with our Microsoft experts in the area of Azure and SharePoint administration and in the development of PowerApps and Flows.
CRM & Key Account Management
We supported Uniper Sales GmbH in the conception, implementation and introduction of a new CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics in order to provide the key account managers and customer support with all important data and to be able to give a better all-round view of their customers.
Social intranet roll-out
We were able to help LHI Leasing GmbH and its 300 employees to make internal communication more interactive and to improve cooperation via a new social intranet environment.
Digital supply chain in agriculture
With Agrabiz, we have implemented a digital B2B industry product with a project team of 10 from the idea through conception, prototyping and branding to implementation, piloting and market launch. The idea for the app and web solution was awarded, among other things, with an innovation budget from the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
Ecommerce User Experience
We were able to support the UI/UX teams of the MediamarktSaturn Group with the user experience and data analysis of their e-commerce website in order to give customers an even better shopping experience.
Central processes
We helped Giesecke & Devrient to improve supplier evaluation and audit planning through central, digitally supported processes in purchasing and quality management by using Microsoft technology.
International cooperation
We were able to help the employees of the BMW Group VTS to improve cooperation in internationally distributed business processes between 70 group companies from 28 EU member states with the help of Microsoft applications.
Digitization for teachers
Together with a product partner, we developed DocuDiary, a digital product for use in elementary schools. DocuDiary helps teachers digitally capture and present spontaneous and systematic student observations in their classrooms quickly and securely.
Risk & Compliance Management
We were able to support the risk and controlling experts from Rysqer Consulting GmbH with the UI/UX redesign of their digital risk assessment & compliance tools.
Intranet & HR processes
Using a new intranet portal, we were able to support Carrefour Human Resources in providing their employees with all the important application processes, guidelines and certifications from a central location.
